Due to our legitimate interests in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online services and for these purposes, the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are resident in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"), is used on our website.
Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law.

With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is on the one hand able to determine the visitors of our online offer as a target group for the presentation of ads (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, we use Facebook pixels to display Facebook ads placed by us only to Facebook users who have shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain features (e.g., interests in certain topics or products that are determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences"). With the help of Facebook pixels, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of users and do not appear annoying. The Facebook pixel also enables us to track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by showing whether users have been referred to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (known as "conversion tracking").
The Facebook pixel is directly integrated by Facebook when you visit our website and can store a so-called cookie, i.e. a small file, on your device. If you then log in to Facebook or visit Facebook when logged in, the visit to our online service will be noted in your profile. The data collected about you is anonymous to us and does not give us any information about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and can be used by Facebook as well as for its own market research and advertising purposes. If we transmit data to Facebook for comparison purposes, this data is encrypted locally on the browser and only then sent to Facebook via a secure https connection. This is done solely for the purpose of comparing it with the data encrypted by Facebook.
Facebook processes the data in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy. Accordingly, general information about the presentation of Facebook ads in Facebook's data usage policy. For specific information and details about Facebook pixels and how they work, visit the Facebook Help section.
You may opt out of Facebook pixel collection and use of your information to display Facebook ads. To set what types of ads you see within Facebook, you can go to the page set up by Facebook and follow the instructions there about the settings for usage-based ads. The settings are platform-independent, i.e. they are adopted for all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.
You can also object to the use of cookies, which are used for range measurement and advertising purposes, via this deactivation website.

On our website, so-called social plug-ins ("plug-ins") of the social network Facebook are used, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plug-ins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition "Social Plug-in of Facebook" or "Facebook Social Plugin". You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance here. If you call up a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has called the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can immediately assign your visit to our website to your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking on the "Like" button or making a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on your Facebook profile and displayed to your Facebook friends. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights and setting options in this regard to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook's data protection information. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps to visually display geographic information. Using this service will show you our location and make it easier for you to reach us. Already when you call up the subpages in which the Google Maps map is integrated, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transferred to Google's servers in the USA and stored there. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. When you're logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. In particular, such evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f DSGVO on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in the display of personalised advertising, market research and/or the design of its website in line with requirements. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right. Google LLC, headquartered in the USA, is certified for the us-European privacy agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU. If you do not agree with the future transmission of your data to Google within the scope of the use of Google Maps, there is also the possibility to completely deactivate the web service of Google Maps by switching off the application JavaScript in your browser. Google Maps and thus also the map display on this website can then not be used. You can view the Google Terms of Use here and the additional Google Maps Terms of Use here. Detailed information on data protection in connection with the use of Google Maps can be found on the Google website or here.

10.4 Google Web Fonts
Our website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
