1 can mandarins (drained weight 150g)

150g soft butter2

eggs

130g sugar1/2

bottle butter vanilla flavor125g

low-fat curd2

tablespoons milk200g

flour50g

cornstarch1/2

packets baking powder

Instructions:
Step 1:

Drain the fruitStep

:Cream the butter, eggs, sugar and flavoringStep

:Stir in the cottage cheese and milk first, then the flour, cornstarch and baking powderStep

Fold in the mandarins (they may break down slightly).

:Pour the batter into the pan and bake on the rack, middle shelf, at about 170 degrees for 25 minutes (convection oven about 10 degrees less)
