Even on a small scale you can do good and SNURK does its part. It all started in 2007 with the carton-look bed linen called Le Clochard (the bum). In order to help the homeless, the founders Peggy and Erik decided to produce 1000 bed sets from the money saved and to donate 40% of the sales proceeds to the Foundation Street Children Holland

The bed linen was quickly sold to 10 different countries. Magazines, newspapers and webblogs wrote about Le Clochard bed linen. And this not only in the Netherlands, but even in the New York Times. Every day we were asked when there were more designs available. 1.5 years later the time had come: the SNURK brand was born and the collection was expanded. Since then, SNURK has been produced in Portugal with its unmistakable, smart designs: Environmentally friendly, under fairest conditions and in first-class quality

At the moment a street children project is running with which foundations in Germany, England and Denmark are supported. With this money, street children, for example, are given the opportunity of an education. Snurk - more than just bed linen!
